The use of floor area within the apartment has been optimized to cater for three master bedrooms, a family room, living and dining room, guest WC, kitchen and maid quarters. The lightweight SBS system selected for the building’s structural slabs allowed us to benefit from unobstructed open spaces for underground parking and signature interiors.
